Thank you for the Pain

Collected items: wedding band, vasectomy needle, drill bit that had previously gone through my hand, flower shaped out of armpit hair, pulled wisdom tooth, piece of birch bark from my grandfather’s land, ADD pill, sheet metal shot with 12ga shotgun etc. on wood panel.

Made to be a kind of body armor in the same dimensions as my chest. There is no growth without suffering, no lotus without mud, so thank you for the pain.
